“Does your watch have to be close to the phone to make phone calls”

No. I have the cellular watch thru At&t

Not if you have cellular version with plan through cell provider.

No it doesn’t. I have left my phone in another room and was able to make calls and answer calls from my watch.

No this is gps + cellular so I can leave phone home and go out with watch and still text call and get calls
