GPS is location tracking and maps. Unlocked means that you can have a cellular line added to it and it doesn’t have to be a specific company. It then acts as a phone in the sense of calls and texts. All of the watches have GPS I believe. Cellular is an additional cost thru your phone service provider and not provided on every watch.
