“I’m looking to buy the Apple ultra. Do they all come with cellular? I do not need cellular. If I buy a cellular capable Apple ultra do I have to use it, or can I just opt to not have to pay for the extra line?”

They all come with the cellular option unfortunately. But you do not have to activate it through your carrier, its option
