This watch comes with the newer fast charging Watch charger. It has a USB C plug but does not include the plug in power brick, just the cord with Watch pad. You can use this charger with other watches but older Watches will charge at normal speed.

In the box is a watch, a band, and the charger, but not a power pack. You would have to provide your own power source as you do for an iPad or a Mac or a cell phone.
