i would go to the Apple care website they have all the options laid out right there like I show in the picture. Transfer ownership and proof of purchase are two options that can help you.

Please try again later.If you go to apple.com and put the serial number for any product that you own from Apple on the website it's at it's at the bottom of the screen into the search menu it will give you all the information you need to find the information attached to the product such as AppleCare
