“I have the Apple I-pad 10" I just purchased in February this year. I have the $3.49/month protection plan. I cannot find any information on what this covers. Unfortunately, the tablet is damaged completely by an accident and unusable.”

When you sign up for the protection plan, I need to go back to the plan and read and contact the customer service to find out what is covered what is not but I believe if you accidentally broke it, you will pay for some parts for sure

You can access your coverage in the setting of your device, go to about at the top and click on coverage. I have found it to be very effective to walk into the nearest Best Buy geek squad and set up an appointment for a diagnostic on the device. More than likely apple with replace the devices versus repair. You would have to go without it for a few days to receive the replacement. But the turnaround time had been fast. I hope this helps!
