• Yes, BestBuy Geek Squad can come to your home to measure and survey the site. I had this done for replacing a wall oven and I am glad I did. I needed help finding an appliance that would fit in the space I have.

• Either Best Buy or their contractor will schedule with you for the measurements. After they measure, Best Buy will get the measurements. You visit the store again and see what they have that fits the measurements and your desires.

• I believe they do, which is what I should have done & didn't, because after I measured I didn't know they would have to relocate the water pipes into the wall and also relocate the dryer vent from the floor to the wall. I didn't know that until the guy came out to measure, which I should have done before I made the purchase. I had to cancel my order because the new washer & dryer wouldn't fit unless I relocated the pipes & vent.
