• The bristles are medium. I also have sensitive teeth and was so glad I purchased this electric toothbrush. There are different settings so you can find the setting that works best for you. The AquaSonic is really a good toothbrush!

• I would say they are between soft and medium. I brush my gums with them and have no issues.
