• Yes. You won't get to submit scores to the online leaderboards though.

• Yes, you can turn the WiFi off in the "Live" settings on the machine. The Wifi is only used to post high scores and to update the software. You can enable Wifi and disable posting of high scores if you just want the connectivity for software updates. I have seen two software updates to this cabinet since I've owned it.
