Can Ms. paceman and Frogger be added? null

Ms. Paceman isn't a game and no, Frogger can't be added or you'd have 13 games on it, not 12 like it says it comes with. I bet you're the person who loves a bakers dozen, don't ya! PS: They sell Frogger as a separate cabinet

There are aftermarket “hacks” that can be done to add additional games. However, from what I am aware of it requires that you send the the computer and they add whatever games you want
