Yes, it's fully assembled. So you could just take off the wrapping, plug it in and start playing. The only thing I can think that you might want to do is, when you get the system and unpack it, there is a film/sticker on the screen cover to protect it. You need to slowly remove it, and it is sometimes hard to get all the bits off around the screws. You could remove the screws on the cover then pull the film off a little easier, but otherwise no real assembly needed, plug and play.
