• Yes. The 25 ft cable has the small AC to DC transformer that plugs into the 120v outlet. If your camera is outside I'd recommend the solar panel charger; so far ours has been working great and I didn't like the idea of having to get up on a ladder every 2 or 3 months to charge the batteries.
