• To view the Arlo Essential 2 Indoor Cameras live feed, an Arlo Subscription is not required. However, to view recordings you would either need an Arlo Smart Hub to store recordings locally at no charge or you would require an Arlo Secure subscription to view recordings that are stored on the Arlo cloud for the past 30 days.

• You can use the camera without the subscription but it's essentially like a video baby monitor, NO still images or recording without subscription.
