1. This unit is wireless can ben mount inside/outside with screw. 
2. We can viewing the camera via phone apps anywhere and anytime. No subscription need
3. The device must be connected to home wifi
4. Battery don’t need replace until drop

Yes it is wireless, though I’d suggest you get an Arlo solar panel for it so you won’t ever have to deal with taking it down to recharge every so often. I put panels on all mine and it is so convenient
