“Does the solar panel charging the camera all the time damage the battery?”

no they do not appear to charge consistently during the daytime hours. When they reach 100% the charging icon is no longer displayed. Have hod these in use for 3 years now. The only issue I have had is with the solar panel developing cracks across the surface and when that occurs I am replacing them. Since Arlo no longer makes these panels, I use a much cheaper 3rd party replacement.
