Make sure they are charged and connected to the wifi. They are buggy, so you might have to try connecting a couple times.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to connect them to your router. Do add camera, select the camera type. Enter your router ID and password. You should get a QR code on your computer. Push the button on the camera for 2 seconds to get the light to blink. Hold the camera in front of your monitor and you should get a bling from the camera. Then put it down and do not move it until it connects. All these directions are right on your page that shows your cameras. You are connecting this to your wifi, not the system the old types connected to. Also, I believe you should have your wifi connection on your phone turned on.
