Please try again later.We added this camera to our existing setup with older Base station and also pay for a plan, not sure if it's any different when using the camera on it's own or with free/different plan... Some plans may not allow downloading In the app(android), in the list of video clips, the three dots(lined up vertically) next to the thumbnail of the clip should bring up options (donate, share, favorite, save to photos, delete). if watching the clip, there should be the three dots(lined up horizontally) at the top right corner, which should bring up the options I mentioned earlier I hope that helps
