• I receive notifications almost instantly. Remember if you are out in a bad reception area, there may be a notification delay on the receiving end. But it does send notifications when it detects something

• Hi Sylvia, yes it does if you have your notifications on for the Arlo app. You’ll either get a “motion,” “person,” or “animal” notification.
