• No, the unit is sealed. If under warranty, contact support, Otherwise replace the camera. The price reflects this.

• Yes the they are replaceable and come out very easy.

• First off, I would guess it will be many years before the battery goes bad, so it would likely be quite a while before this ever became an issue. It is not replaceable by the user according to the instructions. If it did go bad on my camera, I'd probably take it to a place like Batteries and Bulbs and see if they can't replace it. They claim to be able to replace batteries on anything.
