Yes, but you'll need a masonry bit to drill the mounting holes for the anchors to hold the mount to the concrete/masonry, etc. If I recall correctly, the anchors that come with the mount require a 1/4inch drill bit, so you'll need at least that size masonry drill bit to accommodate the anchors.

But you will need a larger wall anchor than comes with the unit - (somtimes referred to as a "molly") designed for brick/masonry - I would also suggest plaster similar to the type used to affix a cable or phone box to your house - Home Depot can hook you up for prob around $20 - assuming you already have a drill (impact driver)
