Is mount plastic or can u get metal null

Plastic covering metal my guess for waterproofing when used outside. Both of mine are used outside.

This is a metal mount. Designed for outdoor use. Very sturdy! Only issue I see possible in the future is maybe rust. But that won't be for a long while.

Metal It’s not a bad piece price could be a little bit lower it cost me $20 to purchase The problem I have is the screws they rushed to easily and it’s hard to remove from the back of the camera when she screwy day and I rushes
