One is the "narrow" nut I received in an Arlo Pro Camera Set, the other is a "wide" nut that I see everywhere online. Afraid the "wide" nut may block the charge port. null

The 1 i just bought has a narrow nut and doesn't cover the charge port at all

It does block the charging port on the Arlo Pro cameras. I will just be taking down the camera, or popping open and removing battery to place on a charger.

I have the wide nut and it does interfere with the charging port a little but it is manageable.

It will, but you just take the camera down to charge it. My camera takes about 3 rotations and it's off. But the nut hold everything in place.

So the metal part screws into the back of the camera and the white part secures the metal part making it harder to unscrew it by intruders...
