I have 1 camera 130 feet away on outer building, base station in our brick home and works fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is about 100ft. I guess if you have a good signal from wifi it works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I took mine out and put them on a fence row. Still had two bars. That’s through two walls and steel siding and out about 100’.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can depend on what obstacles are between the camera and the base station. If the Wi-Fi signal has to travel through other electronics and mechanical systems (furnaces, water tanks, televisions, computers etc.) this will definitely cut down on the strength of the Wi-Fi signal. In my home, there is approximately 50 feet between some cameras and the base station. Although I only have two bars of Wi-Fi on some cameras, they all pick up great signals and record videos. If you have multiple levels in your home, or a very large distance between the base station and cameras, you can always purchase another base station. I have a total of nine cameras with each base station connected to approx. four cameras each. Be creative, it is definitely worth the peace of mind!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a few that are approx. 50 feet away & the picture is still crystal clear. If you put the picture from one of those cameras, next to one from a camera sitting next to the base station, the picture would be indistinguishable. So, they have the ability to still run at long ranges.
