There could be numerous reasons why they aren't recording, possibly the modes you set on them, etc, you can find a lot of help and probably the answer if you post your question to the Arlo community. If you google that phrase, you will find the webpage for the community
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First make sure you are getting power, WiFi. Then in the app under mode, (at the bottom) make sure they are armed. If not check armed. Watch it for a day there has been an issue if it unarming itself. If this happens try going into you cameras and turning off and on some settings so the hub realizes it needs to update status. If the problem petsists. Check forums or call customer service
