“My base station keeps saying offline but is plugged in and camera says off how many Green lights should be on base?”

• You should have all three lights on "green" on the base unit. I've had the same problem and had to update firmware had do a hard reset on the base unit.

• My base station is a VMB4000. It has 3 green lights—-(1)the power LED, (2)the internet & (3)the camera. You may need to reset your base station.
