QuestionI loved them when they worked. I had to get a new phone and now I can’t get them to sync up. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting but the base won’t find them. I don’t have the original box or instructions. Can they be restored somehow? Arlo pro 2 2 cam

- Answer There is a sync button on cameras. Hit it and do a search for.

- Answer Hi. Yes they have 2 way audio communication but it's not the greatest. It records audio excellent but if you want to communicate live with somebody, the sound is very low.

- Answer It's not a recording light but infrared lights. At night you can see them. If you don't want the lights at night, you have to turn off the night mode feature. But it's not that bad.

- Answer You need the Arlo base station connected by Ethernet cable to your WiFi router. The cameras connect wirelessly to the Arlo base station.
