• I’m sure about the tv but you can’t view at the same time. Ours is labeled front and back on my phone and I just click it and it connects in 10sec or so and then I can watch it . I then X out and connect to the back and see. See photo

• You have to use their software from your tablet or smartphone or you can use a computer to log in to their site to see the video. If you have one of the Amazon SHOW devices you can configure them to be a monitor for the camera.
