I think that the main difference is the two way audio in the cameras. Before I bought this surveillance system in Best Buy, I checked the Arlo - Pro 2 that a local Walmart sells here in Puerto Rico. The feature that convinced me to buy the model that Best Buy has was the two way audio in each camera. It means that I can not only hear what's going on in my house, but also I can talk to my chihuahua Fiona to stop barking. That was awesome to me.
