“Is this camera compatible with my base model VMK4250P? I purchased another add on camera and it would not stay in sync. Arlo says that any Pro camera will work with any Pro base, but the camera box only lists VMC4030 as compatible.”

Not sure. It works with my Arlo Pro base I purchased last year. I went to their web site and found that the older Arlo (not pro) wont work with Arlo Pro base.
