• No, as long as you stay at 5 cameras or below with one base station and are ok with the 7 day / 1GB limitation.

• Not mandatory but they offer a separate cloud storage account so if you want to store recordings, you'll need that. Otherwise you'd have to review and save to your computer almost every day.

• if you set up more then 6 cameras then yes there is a monthly charge but if you just set up 5-6 cameras then no it's free
