• No, when your router turns back on the cameras return to service. My power has gone out once since i've owned them. Once everything returned to normal, the cameras automatically re synced

• No, I moved the base station recently and the cameras were recognized again immediately when power was restored. But I did have to resync the cameras once already with the base station when I noticed no video clips were being captured. It is a pain because the cameras have to be within 3 ft of the base station to do this so I had to take them down from the mounts.

• No, they will reconnect automatically when everything is restored. My cameras lost power and Internet for an hour or so and when everything came back up, they were available again through the app without any intervention.
