• It's very easy to download a file from the Arlo library. Select the file, then click the download button. On my iPad the file downloaded to Photos. From there it was a click away from throwing the file onto the tv using our Apple TV.

• You could probably access your account from a smart TV, I use my phone or my computer to watch the videos

• not sure what you are trying to ask. You log onto Arlo for viewing. You can save the videos to your system and move them to whatever you need to for your project video. However I do not recommend this system, it doesn't provide adequate security, easy to hack into, and no sound. Sporadic motion sensors at best, and basically garbage.
