• A router is required to hook the Arli base station to. You can't hook up cameras to anything existing. Hot spots, satellite, etc. you must have an open port on your existing router to hook this up.

• If I'm understanding correctly do you mean a Mobil hot spot if so then no. The cameras are going to require a sufficient Internet connection it comes with a base that plugs in with either net to your router.

• If you mean can you view the cams on a cellular connection. Yes absolutely. If you mean use the phone for cams connect to internet I don't think piscine. Arlo comes with its own router you have to plug into your wifi.
