It comes with its own router however once you get over 5 cameras on one system you must pay a monitoring fee. I would get 2 separate 4 camera systems and set up 2 accounts one for outside and one for inside to avoid paying the monitoring fee
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, i do. But i guess it would depend on how good your wireless service is. Remember like video games, phones, anything else, all of that stuff is running on your wireless service. Because i have 2 monitoring systems, they cant use all 3 playstations online at once anymore.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. One base station will run 15 cams and you can mix indoor and outdoor on that one base station, so no need to buy two, but yes you can run multiple base stations on the same network. The router connects to the base station but the base station itself generates it's own signal to communicate with the cameras, the router doesn't communicate with the cameras.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure if you can do that, but I do know you can add up to 10 cameras to one system
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Each system can handle a maximum of 5 cameras. So with 8 cameras you will need to use both systems.
