“Is this hub capable with Arlo Pro 5 because I have my camera's connected up and I had a subscription with my previous cameras I received a message saying there is no Keypad sensor available at this location.”

Yes. The Pro 5 is compatible with the VMB4540 and VMB5000 smart hubs
