• A:Answer This is the mount for the Pro 4 camera but it's all plastic and the "key" is hex bit that turns a tiny hex screw into an eighth of an inch of plastic so there's nothing secure about it in the least, it just makes it inconvenient to install.

Q: QuestionI don't see how this is considered a "security mount". All you have to do is unscrew the piece that tightens the rotating ball (which is attached to the camera body) onto the mount and off you go. What am I missing?

• A:Answer Man, I must still be missing something. See my photo. Mine has one set screw that locks the mounting plate (B) onto the piece that screws into the wall (A). The mounting plate (B) has the threads that the ball and camera housing (D) sits within and the collar (C) goes over the ball (D) and screws onto those threads. No set screw locking the collar (C) onto anything. So once the collar screws off the ball pops out and you're off with the camera. No?

• A:Answer It is three pieces that screw together. One piece is for screwing it on into a mount..ie pole or side of the house. The second piece is basically a cover that goes over the mounting piece and the third piece is the main body that holds the camera.
