If u have a best buy rewards account, or the card it was purchased with, head to customer service at your local best buy and they will process it as a return/exchange and switch them out. you give them the old screen protector and the give u a brand new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What I have always done is take it to your local best buy (or any best buy you happen to be near) as they can look up the purchase by your phone number. Then they simply process a return and replacement and install it.

I've been trying to pay for the shipping, that is ridiculous at $8) on their website and it kept saying my zip code wasn't correct, so I used a different credit card and it said the same thing, Then the next day I had 2 $8 charges on them. I couldn't find a phone number at first so I emailed them. I explained what I was trying to accomplish and the response I got was a link to their website to start the warranty process. They didn't even read my email. Finally I just asked for a customer service number. They provided it and when I called it went straight to a voicemail that was in Spanish. I responded again via email and told them this. They gave me the hours the to. Didn't address anything I said in my email. A $25 screen saver is not worth this hassle!!!! Especially when you have to pay $8 for shipping! My bank said their website is not secure to handle payments and told me not to put any of my banking information in again. I had no idea I could just take it back to Best Buy and get a new one!!!! All that for nothing. Hope others have better luck if they try to do this through the vendor website.

If they have it in stock they can replace it for you right away. Armor Edge is a Best Buy brand, so you do not need to register online or mail it in or anything like that.
