No it will fracture the case's inner frame if dropped and pop the screen protector off repeatedly. Try Zagg for correct fit with Otterbox.

Unfortunately it appears the form used to cast the armor edge glass shield was designed little out of tolerance. The screen protector doesn't lay flat on the screen and will not fully adhere to screen. This caused the armor edge to constantly pop off.

I was told by a Best Buy phone tech that Zagg especially doesn't work with Otter Box case I have. Ask them... I unfortunately found out AFTER I had purchased and had issues.
