Good quality but dust under the screen protector in less than 30 minutes makes this item a deal breaker...waste of money and effort in trying to protect my 1000 dollar phone

I purchased this on the recommendation of the sales person and am so happy I did. This product comes with an in-store warranty meaning that if it breaks, you just bring it to the store and they replace it for free. I, unfortunately have already had to use this feature as I dropped my phone 3 days after getting it. Good news is that it totally protected my screen and did its job. It shattered but remained in tact and protected my screen perfectly. The only issue I have with it is that it sometimes comes off when I am playing a game that requires me to move my finger while on the screen a lot. Other than that, it's a great deal.

Clarity and fit were good. However, after just a few days the screen came unglued and wouldn't stay attached anymore. I contacted the company and the customer service person was very nice and easy to understand. He was very prompt in handling the problem. He emailed me a form to fill out asking basic contact and mailing info, describe the problem, and take a picture of my receipt. Once I emailed this back to him which was late in the day, I received an email back the next morning letting me know a new protector was being sent out to me. I also received tracking info for it. I should receive the new one today. This all took 3 days. I hope it was just a fluke and the next one will be fine. I will update in the future. What I really liked was that the process was simple and I didn't have to spend more money sending back the defective protector. Great customer service.

I dropped my phone in my garage on a concrete floor. I tried to catch it as it was falling, to no avail. Instead, I made the impact harder. I was sure I'd cracked the screen, but found it completely intact! Outside of the screen protection it provides, I love the lifetime warranty and that I can easily replace the damaged screen protector by exchanging it with a new one, completely free of charge, by going to a Bestbuy store. I'm also very impressed with the design of the screen protector housing. The housing is used to replace the screen. It combined with the easy to follow instructions and make installing the screen protector a cinch! I love it and am so glad I chose it!

The protector installs easily and I appreciate the warranty Best Buy has behind it to replace it if anything happens, but it does have a flaw. Dust and especially glitter can sneak under the protector and remain there permanently. Also I did drop my phone on a wooden table and the protector popped right off.

Great screen protector. In a fall, it will protect the screen by breaking & leaving the phone screen perfectly fine. And the lifetime warranty is wonderful. However Best Buy never has many in stock so be prepared to have to go without one for a few days if there are issues as you have to return the faulty one to have a new one ordered. This does have an easy install, but as that means folding the lid on top of the phone, I've noticed that there seems to be a bubble between the screen & the protector. This can allow the protector seal to wear down and start to slide or come off.

I have had to replace this almost every couple of weeks. It does protect the screen but if the phone receives any impact, the protector pops off and you can't just pop it back on. I took it back to best buy the first time for replacement and they said since its not broke, they can't replace it just because the adhesive doesn't work. So I literally snapped it in front of them and said "there, its broke". So they THEN replaced it. 2 weeks later, phone fell off my nightstand and protector fell off. So I drove up to BB again, cracked the protector in the parking lot this time and replaced it again... 4 more time after that and I gave up. Phone has no scratches on it still and haven't used a protector for months now. Save your money unless you are prone to put your phone through severe trials.

I got the Note 9 a few weeks after release and instantly started to look for a glass screen protector. I ordered 3 different ones on Amazon (none existed at the time at Best Buy) and all of them didnt last more than 3 days. I finaly gave up trying and just figured there aren't any glass protectors for curved screens. Months pass and finally I started to notice small scratches on my screen. I checked Amazon again and everything there looked the same. Came to Best Buy and was so happy to see this product. I was hesitant at first, but after having this on my phone for over 2 weeks now, it's already lasted longer than the 3 previous ones I owned. It shows no signs of weakness and feels great! The edge panel works exactly the same and overall everything is as responsive as before. My only complaint, is the edge of the glass on one side has started to accumulate dust/dirt from daily use. It's not too noticeable, but it is a small complaint. Overall I'd certainly recommend this product. If I could, I'd give it 4.5 stars. Seriously dont even bother with the cheap Amazon ones, you get what you pay for. This is a quality product and worth it. Keep your screen looking great with this. I wish I knew about it sooner.

Me and my wife each bought a screen protector easy to put on but each protector fell off within the first month the first time phone es were dropped. Life time warranty is nice though

This was the easiest screen cover ever to put on. The packaging doubles as the install device, taking the "am I centered?" errors out of your hands. It does have some thickness to it for protection when your phone is face down, so I adjuated the touchscreen sensitivity to accommodate this protection so I could type messages as easy as if the screen protector was not there.

I bought this screen protector soon after I bought my new phone last year. I wish I would have had Best Buy put it on for me, as I got it a teensy bit off-center. It's too low and close to the bottom, and it partially covers up the top front speaker. But that was my doing. Something I do not like are the curved edges. I did not want curved edges on my phone, but I wanted the Note 9, so I dealt with it. I still don't care for the curved edge, and don't use the edge features very often. Most times I forget it's even there. But with this screen protector, After only having it on a few months, I noticed dust and dirt particles getting underneath the side edges, and also under the screen protector towards the center of the phone. That is REALLY annoying, to have to constantly look through dust and dirt just to see your phone. But I don't want to take it off just yet, because for all that, it is not cracked, or even scratched, at all. I have dropped my phone several times from different heights, and on different surfaces. I do not drop my phone too often, as I do try to be careful not to, but once in a while it does happen. My case does its part in protecting the phone, and it has raised edges which help protect the screen itself, but this screen protector has also performed that job well, too. My main gripe is the dust and debris under the curved side edges, and the face of, the screen. I would try to take a picture of the screen, but I cannot get a clear enough image to show the detail of the dust under the protector. Other than that, it has protected my phone well from drops. For the overall protection of the screen, I would recommend this item.

Pros: - Lifetime warranty through Best Buy - Very easy to apply, no bubbles Cons: - Does not cover the entire screen, not a tight fit - Smudges very easily, makes the screen look dirty all the time - makes it harder to type- but the phone has a setting to change to acommodate for this.

I like the way it has holes for all the sensors instead of a large cut out. Good fit, easy install. Does seem to make it a the screen a little less sensitive so you have to put a little more pressure on the touch screen

Bought this screen protector after looking at a couple of brands. This was an inexpensive option and has worked out very well. The only negative is dirt and dust collects around the edges. Overall a good purchase.

I have gone thru a couple within the first 3 weeks of having. But my phone screen didnt get a scratch so the product did its job. And I was able to get the cover replaced under warranty so worth the money.

Overall works well. The fact you can replace it when ever it breaks is great. The adhesive does occasionally fail which is fine due to the previous statement.

Armor edge comes with a template that allows for easy installation. I have dropped my phone several times and never a cracked screen due to Armor Edge protection.

Applied this screen protector on my new Note 9. Had it on for 3 days with my Otterbox Defender. It popped off and as you know once they pop off and get dirt on the adhesive they are trash. Took it back and switched to the Zagg , had Best Buy install it and it looks great . Everything works great on the phone.

it works as in covers my screen and purchased this when I needed anything to cover my screen in an emergency to replace my existing screen protector that cracked. it doesnt really stay on as in easily pulled off and SO much random dirt and debris gets caught between screen and phone because of this issue. I've had to remove it partially while it was on my phone (knowing how easy it comes off from when I installed it and noticing it) to clean underneath debris that was large enough to be so visible that I couldn't tell on photos at first if it was the photo or a random piece of dirt etc and it was indeed something caught under the screen protector. overpriced for something that is so minimum in accomplishing its task as a screen protector. only purchased because no other options available at store that moment

The first tempered glass I had on my note 9 was great for protection it took a couple woops drops and didnt phase it. What did bother me was how dirt was getting underneath the tempered glass, so I took it back to best buy where they had no issues warranting it put for a new one and putting it on for me. The new one has a different design which I'm okay with but kinda affects the phones proximity sensor if it gets dirty. The field I work in has dirt oils everything so I just have to clean the screen alot. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
