After my Samsung Note 4 died conveniently on Black Friday, I had no choice but to upgrade to the $1000 Note 9, and if I'm going to have to pay that much for it, then it's going to have some kind of screen protection. This product does the job, as about 6 weeks later, I accidently dropped my phone (it's not a question of IF but WHEN) and it landed face down. Nothing happened to the phone and there wasn't even a scratch on the protector. Since the new Note 9 is made of glass, both front and back, you need to be covered on both sides.

Protects the screen very good from scratches fit very well to hard to see if you got it on wipes down easy to get rid of the finger prints

Great item to help prevent scratching screen easy to apply just have to adjust touch sensitivity and ohone still works great with it on

Love my screen protector. It has saved me from quite a few scratches, cracks and possible breaks when my phone was accidently dropped or knocked of the table. This screen does the job it was designed to do. I will continue to purchase this item as long as I have my Samsung Note 9. Great investment for protection for the screen

I don't have any complaints. This seems to be working as advertised. Hopefully I won't have any problems. I ga e it a 4 simply because I haven't had it long enough.

Plainly put - do not buy this product if you plan to get a strong case like an Otterbox Defender. The tempered glass only has adhesive around the edge (instead of the whole thing) due to the curved screen of the Note 9. Additionally, the protector reaches up high enough that the Defender case places pressure on the ends of the protector. As a result, we have had 1 protector just pop right off, and after going back and having the BB phone guys install a replacement, had the replacement crack in less than a week. We are now waiting for our local store to restock so we can get a third one (all these replacements are free due to the lifetime warranty, for those wondering why I keep trying the same protector). That said, if this third one screws up, we are going to get a refund, and just get a full adhesive polymer screen protector for scratch protection and just give up on the tempered glass. For those of you who get a different style case (like the softer gel type), this screen protector may be just fine, but do NOT get it if you really want a Defender, or a UAG or other type of enclosing, heavy duty phone case.

I love this screen protector. It can be totally shattered and the phone stays safe. This is my third one. I love it. I also love that now they can be replaced in the store instead of having to do everything online. Add to that, I'm a total tech support member at Best Buy and I didn't have to put it on myself. Many people will read this and think, "What an idiot. Who can't put a screen protector on a phone?" Well, I can't. So there you have it. 5 stars for the screen protector and Best Buy.

The case cost more than it should and even with the warranty on the protector your still going to buy a new one with the price.Also if it's not on right it blocks the screen.

So far this seems like a great screen protector. It doesn't get in the way and it is super smooth and easy to slide my finger on.

so ive had the phone and screen protector since last xmas of 2018. we are now in april of 2019 and its the 2nd time i need a replacement. you just have to go to youre nearest bestbuy and get it again free. I dont really like the feel of it after installation but it sure does protect it from hard falls

Very easy to apply and works well but it keeps falling off. BestBuy has already replaced it with a new one twice and it fell off again just about an hour ago. Not ecen sure if it's worth replacing again. What a waste.

Feels great but the sensitivity goes down a little even if you change the setting and the edges are much harder to use. The glue shows permanently and the whole thing doesn't stick very well and comes off way too easily. Geek squad installed it for me (twice) so it definitely wasn't something I did wrong.

The film is not as bulky as other films and is easy to clean. It does not protrude around the edges and has a lifetime warranty

I purchased this screen protector with the additional fee to have Best Buy install it. They guarantee the screen protector so whenever it cracks or I have problems, I will just stop by a Best Buy store and they will replace for me no problems! I really like the idea of that and that is what led me to this purchase. I've had two small drops already and no damage! So far, pretty happy with this purchase!

Very good fit. Nice and clear. Also, if it is damage, take it back and they'll replace it. Well worth it.

One for my Note 9, the other for my daughters S9+. The screens offer great protection and unlike Zagg, can be replaced on the spot in store without shipping fees. The only drawback is if water or dust build up underneath, the screen will pop off. No biggie. Just bring it in and replace.

This protector screen has definitely done its job. I would highly recommend. Best part is it is a lifetime warranty.

It was easy to put on and works great. I still have it on my phone since 9-10-2019, today (oddly enough) being 9-10-2020. Huh....
