This is a superb product! The one I just got was a free replacement for the one that cracked protecting my phone screen. I had kept my receipt, so Best Buy immediately replaced the old for the new. Installation is very easy. I love it!

Bought 2 of these to go on our Note 9s. Mine popped off by itself while sitting untouched when applied with the Otter Box Commuter case. The other shattered when phone was dropped, preventing the screen from destruction...but this is within the first month of owning. 2nd star given because Samsung bears some of the blame for going to market with a beautiful screen that is incredibly hard to protect adequately due to the edge functionality.

I can't really blame the manufacturer for the flaws with this screen protector, the issue lies with the curved screen. they are only able to put adhesive on the sides which makes it less likely to stay on. There are protectors out there that have full adhesive that is cured with ultraviolet light but they are much more expensive.

I'm a phone dropper. Like, it's a problem for real. I've already dropped it and closed my eyes as I turned it over to check and perfect! No breaks, just a small scratch haha I'd have broken so many phone screens if it weren't for protectors like this one.

This protector might be awesome but mine has popped off twice. The product applies adhesive to the top and bottom edges only and not along the whole sheet. If your device is in a soft, clear plastic case (one many folks prefer if you got a fancy color) and it drops on an edge, the case may move and sharply bump the protector and the protector will pop right off. Only way around this is to go without a case (not really an option since phone has a glass back) or get a large, fully protected case like OtterBox. The case needs to rest over top of the protector or have rigid edges that don't move when dropped. Was advised I could select a plastic protector vs glass since those have adhesive along the whole sheet and not just edges. They offer good scratch protection but poor impact (screen shatter) protection. Since screen cost like 300 or more to replace, I've chosen to stick with glass and just drive back to Best Buy for replacements.

I broke my Whitestone dome tempered glass and needed a temporary one before my summer vacation. Surprisingly, it's not one of the crappy ones that easily breaks or pops out of the screen. Other than the occasional rainbow effect in the middle, this tempered glass is good enough for most people.

So far, the product is great! It fits with my Otter Box case and curves to cover the sides. Best part is that it's covered by Best Buy. Replacement and installation. If it breaks, take it back and get a new one. No sending it off or filing a report.

The protector DOES protect the screen. The adhesive is TERRIBLE. I can drop my phone from less than a foot from the ground & the protector pops off. Thankfully it has a lifetime replacement warranty, which I have used more than 5 times & I also paid for the installation warranty, so Best Buy installs it for me with in & out service.

This product was very easy to install on my new device. They did a wonderful design for installation. I do find that touching/tapping is not quite as responsive as bare new screen. I have not encountered any 'damaging' instances to test durability, so I can't confirm that aspect of the screen protector.

Satisfied-seems easier to install than others-appears to be thicker than ZAGG used on my previous smartphone (Galaxy Note 5) so have to press harder on screen when typing or phone doesn't pick up keystrokes. Hoping it is more durable than ZAGG screen cover which I had purchased 4 in past 2.5 years.

The screen protector came in a plastic box that also served as a way to easily install. No more off and on to get it placed properly. However, it is not very sensitive and I find myself pressing much harder than I would like when typing. I may be using the stylus more than I had originally planned.

I give it 3 stars because of the price. It is more affordable than the ZAGG protectors. However, it is way too thick and therefore causes issues with the screens sensitivity to touch in certain areas. Also, unlike the zagg products this one only has adheres to the screen from the bottom and the top; not all the way around (so basically the top and bottom black strips you see in the image are the only parts that have adhesive to it). I would recommend only cause the price is decent.

This is a newer version on the original shield I bought. This one seems to work much better. I have not had an issue with scratches or cracks. The old version seemed to fall off when dropped. This one hasn't had that problem.

I was sold the second they told me it had a Lifetime warranty. The cost was $ 42.00, but well worth it for lifetime protection against my screen being scratched all up or cracking. Highly recommend this product.

It looks good on the phone it's a good piece of mind to have one on the phone but the phone is also strong enough .my brother does not have that protective on the glass and his is fine . It's just a good piece of mind in case you scratch it or something his looks good without it.

This protector is great. Doesn't cost as much as others. Lifetime warranty that best buy covers, so you don't have to send it off or wait to for one in the mail. Easy to install. Definitely recommend

It does it’s job, but it has had to be replaced on each device in which it has been installed. It looses its “stickiness”. Best Buy has been great, easily accessible, has the product in stock, and replaces the product on site.

Haven't tester the protection mode yet, knock on wood. Seem pretty clear. You will need to increase your touch sensitivity once applied. Seem to collect finger prints and smudges can't compare to just the screen as I never used it without the protection.

I purchased one of these for my new phone. Applied it the first day I had my phone. Dropped my phone on the third day and the protector cracked but my screen was fine. Went back to the store they exchanged the broken one for a new one. Lifetime guarantee.
