• The Inner pot is Black Teflon Coated But this is a Good One which is Aluminium. The earlier one that I had was peeling off as you said but this one is Good and not peeling off yet after 1 year of Daily use. Just we need to wash the inner vessel with Soft Sponge instead of Some Metal Scrubber. Easy to clean as well.
