A:AnswerThere’s a small part( about the size of a shirt button) of the water level inside the kettle which is hard plastic and the under part of the lid is also hard plastic both of which I don’t believe are a concern when boiling the water. Hope that helps !
A:AnswerIt gets boiling hot and then automatically shuts itself off. If you are watching it and you see the steam come out you can shut it off manually.
