“I already have a spectrum WIFI modem but the internet signal does not reach up stairs. Can I hook this up to my existing cable line up stairs to run WIFI or do I need to call spectrum to set this up?”

• No. You can’t install two modems. Your issue can be resolved by adding a Mesh WIFI system. You would connect the Mesh WiFi directly to your Spectrum modem and it will take over as your WiFI connection. You will then take the additional WiFi satellites and place them in your dead zones. The modem will still be needed to bring the internet into your house. Search Mesh WiFi on Best Buy and you will get different price points to choose from.
