• The SBG10 does not include a telephone port and it is not compatible with Voice service. You only need a Cable Internet subscription. We suggest you contact your Internet Service Provider technical support to confirm the SBG10 is compatible with your Cable Internet plan.

• you need an internet connection to hook up the modem, you dont need a separate telephone line.
