Currently using it with Cox cable TV and internet. (One unit does both jobs). Works good. A WIFI signal works like an umbrella. Need to have it in a elevated position since the signal goes out sideways and downward. Don't have it on the floor. Also depending if you are in an apartment complex you may need to put the router on a different channel - one that is used less by the general public.
