Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Yes it is. I had installed Tuesday to get rid of MediaCom's modem as I am trying to cut the cord for cable. Since then it has been working great. btw - If you are looking to cut the cord, DO NOT buy a TIVO system. I bought a main box (VOX) and 3 Minis from Best Buy. It's been a 6 weeks trying to get them to work with the MedicaCom internet. It turns out that the main unit (VOX) was bad and would not accept the cable card. Also, one of the minis was also bad. Since Best Buy had either discontinued the Mini units or was out of stock, I had to go on line to find a Mini replacement from a guy (at a lower price than Best Buy's) who decided he did not need all of his. I had to send my VOX back to TIVO in Ft Worth and am still waiting on the replacement. In the mean time I've had no TV and watching recording of movie I have in the drawer. Amazing how little I miss the TV. In the end, I will subscribe to Netflix and Hulu with local channels. Good luck Be well and stay safe BigEdB
