I have this modem with Cox Communication in Arizona. It works perfectly. Users need to contact Cox to register the modem once it is installed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I apologize in advance by responding to your question without a definite answer. The only way to check this is by checking with Cox for compatible modems. If it is on their list, it is compatible. You can call them, or check their website. It is a pain in the butt to locate on their website, but it is there. I have Cox in Ohio, and I had to use their speed calculator to get access to the link. I will say that if you are DOCSIS 3.0 compatible, get a DOCSIS 3.0 modem ASAP. It really does improve your speed, plus it made my internet connection stronger and more reliable.
