I have this modem with Cox Communication in Arizona. It works perfectly. Users need to contact Cox to register the modem once it is installed.

I am using this in Virginia with Cox (100 down / 10 up) package and it is working without issue. It is also on their list of approved cable modems.

I do not know. I do know that Time Warner had a list of compatible modems on their website and this was one of them. I suggest you got to Cox's website or call customer service.

The only way to check this is by checking with Cox for compatible modems. If it is on their list, it is compatible. You can call them, or check their website.

It is a pain in the butt to locate on their website, but it is there. I have Cox in Ohio, and I had to use their speed calculator to get access to the link.

I will say that if you are DOCSIS 3.0 compatible, get a DOCSIS 3.0 modem ASAP. It really does improve your speed, plus it made my internet connection stronger and more reliable.

Yes, its an easy setup with cox, hook it up, call their support, give them the numbers on the new modem and they do the rest.
