• This modem does not support digital telephone (such as Comcast Voice). You need a voice-enabled, or embedded multimedia terminal adapter (eMTA), modem for that.

• There isn't any telephone jack on this modem. Cable Phone requires a special cable modem. Check on COMCAST website for model numbers.

• I answered a similar question for someone else about TWC a few minutes ago. The modem is certainly capable of handling it (I've had the service through Suddenlink on mine). Now, whether Comcast allows it or not is another question. TWC has designed their phone service to be used with their modems only. You'd need to check with Comcast to see if they allow third-party modems.

• No. It does not have a connection for you to plug in your phone. This is only for internet.

• No. The modem Comcast uses for voice includes two additional ports, each for one phone line. This modem is for cable internet only.

• Yes, because it's a docsis 3.0 it's supposed to support voice.
