Will this work with Spectrum Internet provider? null

Yes, if you have the "my spectrum" app on your phone just go to the 'activate device' section and it will give u instructions. if not just give them a call and it is very straight forward. Keep in mind it will take about 15 minutes for your modem to download and install all updates, during this time your wifi wont be usuable. In my case i wasn't able to be on the line with rep until wifi came "live" i didnt feel like wasting his or my 15 minutes sitting around waiting for it to work lol. Also, if you are planning on selling your old modem, this would be a great time to have THAT modem deactivated on their end, this way the next user wont have to deal with headaches trying to activate it.

I don’t use Spectrum but from what I am reading it is comparable with any cable input
